What is it?

If the future mother’s eggs are of a poor quality, donor oocytes are used to create embryos through the IVF procedure. The key aspect of this programme is that embryos are repeatedly transferred to a surrogate uterus until pregnancy actually occurs.

Requirements for male biomaterial for acceptance in the guarantee programme:

Amount of sperm: 2-3 batches
Number of sperm cells: no less than 5 million/ml
Not less 3% of morphologically normal sperm cells

General motility of sperm cells: not less 5%
DNA Fragmentation and Oxidative Stress Test results are within the normal range
Satisfactory karyotype test result.

Sperm cells after TESA are not acceptable
